The Illinois Senior Women's Amateur Championship is contested each fall.

The tournament format is 54-hole stroke play, with players flighted by age as well as score. The tournament is open to women amateur golfers over the age of 50, who are residents of Illinois, with a handicap of 30 or less.

The Senior Tournament has been growing in popularity each year, with the field commonly being filled.

The entry fee is $170.00, and includes tournament rounds, cart, prizes, and banquet.

Play is in foursomes and carts are allowed.
